This has been occurring since 2014, throughout this time, I have changed laptops, internet providers, locations, and every factor imaginable besides league of legends. I do not have this ping spike in any other games, maybe once in awhile but it seems like for some reason Edit: It's either Converge or Garena, I have very low latency when it comes to other games but the lol.garena.ph connection seems to just go berserk with like 120ms.
